• Industrial blending equipment — World-class fertilizer blending machinery sourced from a leading U.S. manufacturer, capable of sustained high-tonnage operation.
• Automated blending system — Weight-declining, automated blending control that ensures accurate proportioning of raw materials.
• Additive handling — Hoppers and feed systems for micronutrients and colour coating, plus a liquid-impregnation system for treated/granular products.
• Product conditioning — Conditioning systems that improve blend homogeneity and granule handling characteristics prior to packing.

• Automated industrial bagging lines with high throughput. Loading conveyors are configured to load multiple trucks simultaneously to speed dispatch.
• Two bagging lines (documented configuration) enable continuous packaging operations and efficient turnover to transport.

Computerized control and monitoring — The plant uses a central monitoring system that allows blending recipes to be input and controlled from a computer display unit, monitoring flow rates and blend accuracy in real time.

An on-site laboratory performs routine quality assurance and supports product development and improvement. Every batch is sampled and tested to ensure label accuracy and product consistency before shipment.

• Warehousing: Factory warehouses have a combined storage capacity reported at over 75,000 tonnes in one document, while another describes two large warehouses of ~15,000 tonnes each — both indicate substantial on-site storage for raw materials and finished product.
• Truck handling & fleet: The industrial complex can accommodate and park 100+ trailer trucks for loading/offloading. The Group operates over 50 trailer trucks dedicated to moving raw materials and distributing finished NPK products.
